15.10.2024, Changzhou, China, a new Guinness World Record Hengli Hydraulics has launched the world’s largest piling barge main cylinder as of today.
This cylinder is with bore 1.6 meters, which can provide 5000 tons of thrust (outer diameter of nearly 2 meters), working stroke of 21 meters, the total length 28 meters retracted and nearly 50 meters with full stroke extended (about the length of a standard swimming pool).
Hengli Hydraulics has invested 18 million Euro for a dedicated working shop to implement successful manufacturing of this self weight 385 ton giant. And today’s success proves exactly Hengli Hydraulics is capable of super large cylinder independent engineering, manufacture and tests.
